Here is your answer:-
Antenna can be fixed on top of a tower not the other way round.
Antenna is an aerial while tower is a structure which may support the antenna or electrical wires or even support a bridge.

Essentially nothing. Long conductive material which electricity passes through to send electro-magnetic information. Wifi is just another form or radio which happens to send data packets over the ISM (industry, science, and medicine) frequency range. However, the truth is in the details. Certain frequency ranges have certain antenna sizes. Example, 27 Mhz (CB radio) has an 11 meter antenna b/c the wave generated by those frequencies is 11 meters big. 28 Mhz (a frequency segment alloted to ham radio operators) is 10 meters big and requires an antenna of the same size. There are exceptions to this rule but I won't get into them. If you do not use an appropriate antenna, the antenna will create an additional wave within itself on top of the frequency wave it's already producing. This is called standing wave and (if there's enough power behind it) the additional wave will bounce back into your equipment and fry it. Having the right sized antenna also allows better transmission and reception. It's why police scanners always tell you to adjust your antenna size when turning to different frequency ranges. It's also why professional TV antennas are built to a specific specification.
