Main diff is that cerebrum is composed of grey matter where there is high concentration of neuronal cell bodies over white matter mostly nerve fibrez

in spinal cord white matter covers the grey matter.

• in cerebrum the grey matter containing cyton of the cell body is present in the outer side or at the cortex whereas in spinal cord the grey matter containing cell body of the site on lies in the medullary region of the inner side

• in cerebrum the white matter containing axon lies in the inner side or the medullary region whereasin spinal cord the white matter containing x on lies in the outer region or at the cortex
