Duodenum: This short section is the part of the small intestine that takes in semi-digested food from your stomach through the pylorus, and continues the digestion process. ... The ileum is where most of the nutrients from your food are absorbed before emptying into the large intestine.

in stomach just pepsin ( protein digesting enzyme) reacts on the food under acidic medium created by hydrochloric acid and mucous protects our stomach so that during no reaction HCl doesn't act on stomach.
Stomach is made up of three main types of cells and that are :
Peptic Cells: it secrets pesinogen which as I told you is a protein digesting enzyme .It actives only when food comes in touch of it .
Oxyntic cells: secretion for Hydrochloric acid
Goblet cells: secrets mucus , function of this I have already told you .
* Food in stomach is chyme it means food here is now in semi digested acidic form.*
Now this semi digested food moves to small intestine which is the complete site of digestion
I have given you every single information. Mark it brainlist if you liked it
