The difference between dry seeds and soaked seeds is as follows:
Dry seed
1. Seeds that do not contain water in them.
2. Osmosis has not taken place.
3. Phytic acid is present, these seeds are difficult to be absorbed in the body.
Soaked seeds
1. Seeds that contain water in them.
2. Osmosis has taken place which soaks the water inside the seed.
3. Phytic acid is broken down thereby enabling easy absorption in the body.
