Difference Between Two Heart Sounds Are :-
1st Heart Sound :-
- Sound is LUBB
- Full , Pronged (0.15sec)
- At the beginning of ventricular systole
- Caused by Closure of AV valves
2nd Heart Sound :-
- Sound is DUBB
- Sharp , Shorter timed , high pitch (0.1sec)
- At the beginning of the ventricular diastole
- Semilunar Valves

Difference between first heart sound and second heart sound are
First heart sound called lubb which is of period 0.15 second and caused due to AV - valves .where as 2nd sound of heart called dubb which is too short 0.1 second only it's period and caused due to semilunar valves .
