Shiny surfaces are poor absorbers and emitters (but they are good reflectors of infrared radiation). If two objects made from the same material have identical volumes, a thin, flat object will radiate heat energy faster than a fat object. This is one reason why domestic radiators are thin and flat.
hope it helps

Answer:
Heat Emmiters
1.Hotter objects emit heat.
2.Different surfaces emit heat at different speeds.
3.A dull black surfaces loses enery more quickly. It is a good radiator.
A bright shiny or white surface is a poor radiator.
Absorbers.
1.Cool objects absorb heat.
2.Substances absorb heat at different speeds.
3.Bright shiny surfaces absorb heat slowly.
4.Good emmiters are also good absorbers of heat.
