Difference between India democracy and Russia democracy?

In Indian democracy we have our fundamental rights; at the same time in Russian democracy they haven't their own fundamental rights.
Normally India is one of the largest democracies in the world but it is full of corruption and cheat (not everyone) but other courtiers also having smaller size of Parliament are well developed than us.
