ISOTOPES:-
1) Isotopes have same atomic number.
2) Isotopes have different mass. numbers.
3) Number of protons are same.
4) Isotopes occur at same place in periodic table.

ISOBARS:-
1) Isobars have different atomic number.
2) Isobars have same mass Numbers.
3) Number of protons is different.
4) Isobars occur at different place in periodic table.

 \boxed {ISOBARS:-}

=>1. They have same mass number but different atomic number.

2. Number of electrons are different in isobars

3. They have different chemical properties .

4. They are atoms of different elements.

5. For example - 26Fe58 and 27Ni58

 \boxed {ISOTOPES :-}

=> 1. They have the same atomic number but different mass number.

2. Same number of protons but different number of neutrons.

3. They have identical chemical properties.

4. They are atoms of the same element.

5. For example - C-12, C-13 C-14 are isotopes of carbon.
