Analysis of the root causes of these labor unrest has given a deep insight into how cultural incompatibilities arise in organizations and how difficult it is to tackle it. The details of the labor unrests that happened in Maruti Suzuki Manesar plant and Toyota Kirloskar motors Banglore plant are also exhibited.
