Difference between newton and euler laws

The basic difference is

newton laws are used with an assumption that body is point object. We don't care wether force is distributed or located at certain point.

Euler law is bit more advance and sophisticated with considering body as extended continuum rigid/deformable body. We can take euler law as more gnrlize formate of newtons law
