The Nucleus is the positively charged core of an atom, which is surrounded by a cloud of negatively charged electrons. Nucleonsare particles that the core of an atom consists of, namely positively charged protons and neutral neutrons. That is, thenucleus is made up of Nucleons.

The nucleus is the centre positively charged part of an atom whereas nucleons are the particles which are present inside the nucleus of an atom namely proton and neutron.
