Organised sector =In the sector people have assured work. Their name get registered by the government they also get the paid leaves they get pension after retirement and other many facilities are given to the the employers in the organised sector by the government. Unorganised sector= In the unorganised sector people does not have a assured work and did not get paid leaves and even pension after retirement.

ln the unorganised sector the employers can anytime be kicked from the job even without any fault.
