- Nuclear region called nucleoid and not surrounded by a nuclear membrane.
- Only a single chromosome is present.
- Nucleolous is absent.
- Membrane bound cell organelles are absent.
- Cell division is by fission or budding.
Eukaryotic Cell :-
- Cell is generally large.
- Nuclear material is surrounded by a nuclear membrane.
- More than one chromosome are present.
- Nucleolous is present.
- Cell organelles is bounded by membrane and are present.
