In MS Word, the 'Find and Replace' dialog box appears when you press Ctrl + H simultaneously.
This command is used to find a particular word in the document and replace it with another word of your choice.
But in the dialog box, you will see two options, one is 'Replace' and the other one is 'Replace All'.
With 'Replace', the computer will find one word at a time, and you have to press the 'Replace' button every time you want to replace a particular word.
But if you want to replace a particular word with another word in the entire document, you can press the 'Replace All' button.
