Retailers are business firms engaged in offering goods and services directly to customers in most not but all cases retail outlets are primarily concerned with selling merchandise typically such businesses sell individual units or small groupings of products to large number of customers
wholesaling ,jobbing, or distributing is the sale of goods and merchandise to retailers , to industrial, to commercial, institutions or other professional business users or to other wholesalers and related subordinated services in general it is the sale of goods to anyone other than a standard consumer
