difference between Ganga and Godavari basin are Godavari basin is located in tropical deciduous forest and mangrove forest so it has Rich flora and fauna of Mangrove and tropical deciduous forest where is Ganga basin of tropical evergreen forest so it has rich flora and fauna of tropical evergreen forest and Godavari basin is located in andhra Pradesh whereas gangs basin is located in parts of West Bengal and Bangladesh
