Explanation:

It is also known as contact metamorphism it mainly occurs as a result of change in temperature in the absence of a deviatoric stress (is a measure of the stress acting to deform a rock)this is usually due to the closeness of country rocks to a body of magma.

Dynamic Metamorphism:

It is also know as cataclasis. Basically this is metamorphism that occurs by mechanical forces. It usually involves the recrystallization and fragmentation of rocks which are in narrow zones such as thrusts or faults where strong mechanical deformation has taken place.
