There is a vast difference between urban and rural transport systems. The urban transport systems are much more organized and the public transport is very crowded but convenient.
A lot of options are available for daily commute in urban transport system whereas in rural transport system, no such organization is seen. The means of commute are limited and generally scarce.
Although, there is not much traffic encountered on road in case of rural transport.
