velocity - rate of change of displacement with time(vector)

speed - rate of change of distance with time.(scaler)

acceleration - rate of change of velocity with time (vector)

Speed→ The distance covered in a particular time. Its quantity is never negative.
Velocity→ The displacement of a bosy in a particular time. It can be negative, positive, zero.
Acceleration→ Rate at which velocity changes.(final velocity - initial velocity)/ time
