The Wildlife Protection Act was constructed to ensure that wild animals are sheilded from dangers like poaching and cases of poisoning. It is designed to ensure the continuity of wildlife by avoiding extinction through the hands of human beings. The Forest Conservation Act is designed to protect the wild vegetation (forests and bushes not propagated by man). The main reason behind this is to ensure conservative of indegenous plant species.
