Simply , hardcopy is physical copy or in paper form while softcopy is in format which is read by devices like in .txt , .pdf , .ppt etc forms

hard copy means a solid copy of stuff Eg:- paper , folder ,etx
soft copy is a software copy of the stuff Eg:- word , exel ,etc
soft copy is a software copy of the stuff Eg:- word , exel ,etc
