DNA contain deoxyribose sugar while RNA contain ribose sugar .
DNA contain adenine, guanine , cytosine and thymine and RNA contain adenin, guanine, cytosine and urasil .
DNA consists of double strands and has helical structure. and RNA consist of single strand except ribosomal RNA.
DNA is of only one kind and RNA is of three kinds i. e messenger RNA, transfer RNA and ribosomal RNA.
