differences between nastic movement and tropic movement​

Nastic movements differ fromtropic movements in that the direction of tropic responses depends on the direction of the stimulus, whereas the direction ofnastic movements is independent of the stimulus's position. Thetropic movement is growthmovement but nastic movementmay or may not be growthmovement.
