different between read and write in memory

Both read and load can be input operations, but read focuses on the source of that input whereas load focuses on the destination of that transfer. Similarly the object of a write is the destination of the data transfer (e.g. you write (to) memory or write (to) a device register

Here is your answer....

A type of memory that, in normal operation, allows the user to access  or alter individual storage locations within the device. The choice of read or write operation is normally determined by a read/write signal applied to the device.
