Required Answers:

(a) The association of different organs to perform particular function is called Organ system. Like Digestive system, Cardiovascular system, Nervous system etc.

(b) We learnt division of labour from this association of smaller units to form bigger units inside our body.

Explanation:

In multicellular organisms, we observe a phenomenon known as 'Division of Labour'. Here, the different cells, tissues, organs etc. are divided accordingly to perform a particular function.

  • Like Gastric cells will release Hydrochloric acid and nephrons will filter the blood.

Similarly, nerves which are made up of neurons carries electrical impulses from affector organs to the CNS. Muscle tissues help in the contraction and relaxation of musckes. Stomach are made up of tissues and cells, it is a organ that is involved in the digestion of food. And, Excretory system have many organs like kidney, urinary bladder which filters out the blood.

The form of division of labour observed in our body starting from the smallest unit 'Cell' to 'Organism'.

 \large{ \bf{Cell}} \\  \downarrow \\   \large{ \bf{Tissue}} \\  \downarrow  \\   \large{ \bf{Organ}}  \\  \downarrow \\   \large{ \bf{Organ \: system}} \\  \downarrow \\  \large{ \bf{Organism}}

This decrease the load in each division and units. This allow effective functioning across the body of a multicellular organism.
