the Arctic and Antarctic Ocean is geographically different. While the Arctic Ocean is surrounded by the continents of Asia, Europe and North America, Antarctic Ocean itself surrounds the continent of Antarctica. The Arctic is mostly landlocked but the Antarctic is an open ocean.
