*In fission the parent cell divides into individual cells producing the progeny.

*In fission the parental identity is lost.

**in budding a bud develops on the surface of the parent due to cell division and further develops into a new individual

Budding is the type of reproduction. When a bud appears on parent body ,and these bud forms individual organisms.
