The cerebrum makes up most of the brain. ... Cerebellum is similar to cerebrum in which it has two hemispheres which contain highly folded cortex.But cerebellum is smaller in shape with compare to cerebrum and cerebellum is present at the bottom side of the brain or nearer to the occupital lobe.

Medulla is a subsidiary part of brainstem.
cerebrum is a main part of our forebrain. It's two hemisphere.
Medulla controls breathing, digestion and heart rate. And cerebrum controls balance, logical evaluation, memory etc.
