Organised sector is a sector where the employment term are fixed and regular.
Unorganised sector is one where the employment term are not fixed and regular.
In india bank , Railway can be called as organised sector.

Organised Sector:-

The workers enjoy the security of employment in the organised sector.

Workers get regular monthly salary.

The activites are registered by the government and one has to follow the rules and regulations.

Workers are benefits like provident fund, paid leave, medical benefits, etc.

Working hours are fixed in organised sector.

Working Condition are favourable.

Unorganised sector :-

The small and scattered units, which are mostly outside the control of the government, come under the unorganised sector.

Workers get daily wages.

Rules and regulations are not followed here.

Workers do not get any such benefits.

Working hours are not fixed here. Sometime, workers work for more than 10 hours.

Workers condition are not favourable.
