Here is my answer:

1) Size: Plant cell are generally larger than animal cell.
2) Cell Wall: Plant cell have a rigid cell wall made up of cellulose, while animal cells don't have cell wall.
3) Plastids: They are present in plant cell, while absent in animal cell.
4) Vacuole: Most mature plant cells have a permanent large central sap sap vacoule, while animal cells have many, small and temporary vacoule.
5) Centrosomes: Almost all plant cells lack Centrosomes while animal cells have.
6)Golgi apparatus: Plant cells have many simpler units of Golgi apparatus (called dictyosomes), while animal cells have a single highly complex and prominent Golgi apparatus.
