Probiotic bacteria are those bacteria that are beneficial /helpful for other organisms. for example ;lactobacillus it produces lactic acid for curd..


Now , pathogenic bacteria are those bacteria that are harmful for other living organism & causes disease in host organism. For example; Streptococcus pnuemoniae this bacteria is responsible for disease like pnuemoniae

  • They are more harmful and it even cause misfunctioning or damage to the organs of their host."
