1- bacterial cell wall is made up of peptidoglycan 2-bacteria is a unicellular eukaryotic organism 3-main characteristic is it contains extra chromosomal DNA called plasmid (gram +ve)-retain gram stain,wall is single layered )(gram-ve)dont retain gram stain on washing with organic solvent ,wall is two layered) I hope it will be helpful for u
