The Himachal (Or Middle Himalayas):

The Himachal consists of many hill stations like Shimla and Kullu Valley.

It is around 3700 - 4500 meters above the sea level.It includes sub - ranges like the Mahabharat and Dhauladar.

The Shivaliks (Or Outer Himalayas):

It consists of many duns.It is about an average of 100 - 900 meters above sea level.One of the famous duns: Dehradun
