Hey dear here is your answer!!

NaHCO3 + 2HCl → NaCl + H2O + CO2

This is a neutralization reaction it releases bubbles of carbon dioxide gas

Hopes this helps:)

Hey dear,

● Answer -

Baking soda has molecular formula Na2CO3.

When dil. hydrochloric acid is poured on baking soda, sodium chloride is produced.

Na2CO3(aq) + 2HCl(aq) → 2NaCl(aq) + H2O + CO2(g)

Water & CO2 (with effervescence) are formed as byproduct in this reaction.

Heat is liberated in this reaction, thus it is an exothermic reaction.

Hope this helped you. keep asking..
