The Non-Cooperation Movement
Jallinwala Bagh massacre aroused the Indians and a nationwide non-violent resistance ( non-cooperation movement) was started by Gandhi Ji in 1920. It opened the Gandhian Era. All the Indians were asked to not to cooperate with the British and they started breaking many laws.
Lawyers boycotted the court eg Motilal Nehru
Thousands of teachers and students left the school and colleges run by the British people left government jobs and boycotted elections
They protested in front of british shops
the movement was a sucsecc. though the british tried to supress it, gandhiji dad not leave his path of non violenece
