DISASTER HAS TWO PHASES- 1:PRE 2: POST DISASTER PHASE.
COMMINITY PARTICIPATION IN 1:
nothing much.. neighbours can earn their relatives and next door people who are unaware of the disaster is going to take place.... they can also help their neighbours by taking precaution measures by helping them ... they can form committees giving awareness of pre and post disaster manage ment ..taking precautions......
COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN 2: helping eachother.. rescuing injured ones... giving basic first aid... and cook in large amount for the people injured... cooperation. U CAN ADD MORE POINTS IF I LIKE...
