Higher humidity reduces the effectiveness of sweating in cooling the body by reducing the rate of evaporation of moisture from the skin. This effect is calculated in a heat index table or humidex. The amount of water vapor that is needed to achieve saturation increases as the temperature increases.

HERE'S YOUR ANSWER !!!

HUMIDITY
High Humidity is a situation when the water holding capacity of the air is at its max level. At hight humidity we feel uncomfortable due to heat as our sweat dosent evaporate. ( Evaporation leads cooling ). At higher temperature we swet more and thus, the water gets evaporated faster and soon the air holds the maximum water and no more water could be evaporated anymore. This leads to higher humidity.
