Diseases like amoebic dysentry, ascariasis, typhoid etc are communicable diseases that spread through contaminated water, vectors such as housefly which sit on the faeces of the infected person and then contaminate our food when they eventually sit on them. In overcrowded areas these more common because the larger number of inhabitants in these areas share common water resource and the garbage generated in these area sometimes become a menace giving rise to larger number of flies which can easily spread the diseases quickly among a large number of peoplw.
