displacement may be zero even when distance travelled isnot zero ? it is true ? is the reverse also true ? give reasons

Answer:

Displacement can be zero when initial and final point is same and there the distance is twice the journey .

for eg ,

going school from home and back home .

distance can never be zero and displacement can never be more than distance as diplacement is the shortest path b/w 2 points .
