Distance travelled by light in 5 microseconds..please explain with clear steps.

Speed of light = 30,00,00,000 m/s
1 microsecond = 10^-6 m
there for 5 microseconds = 5×10^-6m
distance traveled = 300000000 × 5/1000000
=3000× 5 m
=15000m or 15 km
