Hello friend! Thanks for asking question, here is the answer.

Distinguishing between :

1. Prokaryotes and Eukaryotes

-> Prokaryotes :
1. Prokaryotes includes unicellular organisms like bacteria, archaebacteria and blue-green algae.
2. They possess a distinct cell wall surrounding their cells.
3. Prokaryotes lack a definite nucleus. The nuclear material, i.e. DNA is not enclosed by a nuclear membrane.
4. Cell organelles like mitochondria, chloroplasts, golgi bodies, etc. are absent in prokaryotes.

-> Eukaryotes :
1. Eukaryotes includes both unicellular and multicellular organisms like protests, fungi, plants and animals.
2. Cell wall is present in plants, fungi and some protists but absent in animals.
3. They possess a definite nucleus. The nuclear material, i.e. DNA is enclosed by a nuclear membrane.
4. Cell organelles like mitochondria, chloroplasts, golgi bodies, etc. are present in Eukaryotes.

2. Monera and Protista

-> Monera :
1. Monera includes unicellular prokaryotic organisms.
2. The nucleus lacks nuclear membrane.
3. Monerans do not possess membrane bound cell organelles.
4. Reproduction is asexual.

-> Protista :
1. Protista includes unicellular eukaryotic organisms.
2. The nucleus possess a nuclear membrane.
3. Monerans possess membrane bound cell organelles.
4. Reproduction is both asexual and sexual.

I hope this will help you. Thank you.
