Lok sabha and rajya sabha are at central level. Its member are MP( member of parliament) Vidhan sabha vidha parishad at state level consist of MLA(member of legislative assembly).

Lok sabha - it is lower house consist of 545 MP elected by people. Headed by prime minister. Its elections happen once in 5 yr.

Rajya sabha upper house 245 MP, its member are nominated by vidhan sabha of different states. It never dissolve like lok sabha in 5 yr , 2/3 members retire every 6 yr.

At state level you have vidhan sabha ( like lok sabha) their member are elected by people for 5yrs.
And vidhan parishad ( like rajYa sabha) nominate members but not every state in India has vidhan parishad
