leaves are parallel venation
root system is fiberous root
flowers are trimerous
vascular bundle are scatter
stem is delicate
ex maize, rice,grass etc
2)dicots
they have two cotyledon
leaves show reticulate venation
root system is tap root
flowers are pentamerous
vascular bundle are present in rings
stem is strong
ex pea, rose,mango etc
