Distinguish between the National Commission and District Forum.

"The District Forum and National Commission could be distinguished on many grounds. Some of them are discussed below:

• Jurisdiction: The jurisdiction of the district forum extends to the whole area of the district where as the National commission’s jurisdiction extends to the whole of INDIA.

• Money: The district forum can hold the complaints up to Rs. 20Lakh. Whereas the limit of the National commission regarding the complaints is any amount above Rs 1Crore.
