2000 Rs & 1500 Rs will be two part of Rs 3500 Deposited for SI for 2 Years at 15 %  & 3 Years at 16% resulting in Rs 1320 total interest

Step-by-step explanation:

Let say First Part = 100X  Rs

then Second Part = 3500 - 100X  Rs

Simple Interest = P * R * T /100

Interest on First Part = 100X * 15 * 2 /100  = 30X  Rs

Interest on Second Part = (3500 - 100X) * 16 * 3 /100  = 1680 - 48X  Rs

30X + 1680 - 48X  = 1320

=> 18X = 360

=> X = 20

One Part = 100X = 2000 Rs

Second Part = 1500 Rs
