Step-by-step explanation:

sum of -3/4 & 5/8

(-3/4+5/8)= (-6+5)/8 = -1/8

difference of 11/12 & -9/16

(11/12-(-9/16))= 11/12+9/16

(44+27)/48 = 71/48

=> -1/8÷71/48

-1/8×48/71

-6/71

= -3/4 + 5/8

SINCE , L.C.M OF 4 AND 8 WILL BE 8

THEREFORE , -3/4 + 5/8

= -1/8

and 11/12 - (-9/16)

SINCE, LCM OF 12 AND 16 = 48

THEREFORE , 11/12 + 9/16

= 71/48

NOW, -1/8 ÷ 71/48

= -1/8 * 48/ 71

= -6/71 is the answer.
