Here, our objective is to find a number which matches with the ratio. So, we can take the English alphabets as A = 1, B = 2, C = 3.................., Z = 26. This is a forward progression of numbering the alphabets.

Similarly, if we take the backward progression of alphabets, we have

A = 26, B = 25, C = 24,..................., Z = 1.

Now, if we calculate the value of "DN" to match with this numbering method, we have DN is proportional to summing D and N's position both forward and backwardly: D-4, N-14 (forward) and D-23, N-13 (backward).

And, this we have, 4 + 14 + 23 + 13 = 54

Similarly, if we want to find the proportion of "PO" then we have to calculate the forward position of the alphabets,  P-16,O-15 , and backward positions of the alphabets P-11,O-12

And, in this way, we have the proportion of "PO" = 16 + 15 + 11 + 12 = 54

answer: 54
