Information given :

✴The number of nucleotides in the given DNA fragment/segment is 1500.

✴Out of 1500 Nucleotides , 410 are Guanine.

 \bf{ \pink{Solution : }}

✔ Guanine always pairs with Cytosine.

✴ Therefore, the number of cytosine=410

✔Adenine+ Thymine = Total number of nucleotides - ( Guanine + Cytosine )

✴ Adenine+ Thymine = 1500 -(410+410)

✴ Adenine + Thymine = 1500- 820

✴ Adenine + Thymine = 680

✔ Adenine always pairs with Thymine.

✴ Therefore, the number of Adenine = number of Thymine ..

Let number of Adenine be A and number of Thymine be T .

❇ Since, number of Adenine is equal to number of Thymine , A = T

A +T = 680

A+ A = 680

2A = 680

A = 680/2 =340.

✴ Therefore, the number of Adenine = Thymine = 340.

Hence , All the Values of nucleotides are obtained.

❇❇The question here is "Number of Pyrimidine bases present in the DNA fragment"❇❇

Pyrimidines are Thymine and Cytosine.

Therefore , The number of Pyrimidines= Number of Thymine+ number of Cytosine.

Hence , Pyrimidines = 410 +340 = 750
