Do all vegetables are acids?To find this investigate with PH paper and tabulate the values and write a report on it

The majority of vegetables are alkaline. Processing and packaging can change their pH, but mostly vegetables are non acidic. such as  Asparagus, broccoli, cucumbers, kale, beets, carrots, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, celery, lettuce, peppers, collard greens, pumpkin and onions are non-acidic vegetables.
