NO BASIC SOLUTIONS HAVE OH - IONS IN THEM WHICH GIVES THEM THE BASIC CHARACTER BUT SOME BASES MAY ALSO CONTAIN H + AS WELL AS OH - IONS BUT IT BASE AS THE SALT IS MADE BY THE REACTION OF A WEAK ACID AND A STRONG BASE

As long as I know basic solutions can never have H+ ions because even if the enter the solution they are neutralised by the OH- ions.
